How to Work With Us

  • Wedding invitation surrounded by dried roses and flowers in a wooden shadow box, with pictures of the couple and details of their wedding.

    1. See if your date is available

Since we can only take on so many orders at a time, flower preservation availability is limited. So the 1st step is to see if your event date is available.

  • A square glass display case containing various pressed colorful flowers arranged decoratively.

    2. Book a free consultation with Maha

I love meeting my clients online or in person to get to know you better and walk you through the entire process. This is the perfect time for us to chat about your big day, the flowers you've chosen, and payment options.

  • Gold ring with an oval pink and white marbled gemstone that has gold accents.

    3. Place deposit to reserve date

To reserve your spot for flower preservation, the next step is to place a deposit. Since I have a limited number of spots for custom projects each week, this guarantees your space. You can also let your florist know that you'll be preserving your flowers.

  • A round table with a copper-colored stand, topped with a decorative resin surface embedded with peacock feathers, dried flowers, and leaves, positioned against a white brick wall.

    4. Order & Contact Form and Client Agreement

After your reservation is complete, Maha will send you everything you need . The email will include an Order & Contact Form, flower care instructions, a preservation timeline, and details on how to get your flowers to me. It will also have a Client Agreement for you to review and sign.
